You can activate your TNG RFID Tag following the below steps:

  1. Step 1 : Tap on Toll icon from the home screen and then choose RFID.
  2. Step 2 : Click on the Activate RFID Tag button.
  3. Step 3 : Fill up your account details.
  4. Step 4 : Register your vehicle.

How do I cancel my RFID registration?

If you no longer wish to use the TNG RFID Tag or have sold off the vehicle, you are required to terminate the TNG RFID Tag by contacting Touch ‘n Go Careline.

How do I disable RFID in Malaysia?

The only way to do this is by calling TnG Careline – there’s no online method or doing so through the eWallet app. The reason is security – verbal verification of the user’s identity needs to be established in order to complete the termination process.

TNG RFID is an electronic payment system that uses a radio frequency identification sticker also known as TNG RFID Tag to pass through tolls. As the vehicle passes through a toll, an overhead scanner reads the radio-frequency from the TNG RFID Tag and charges the fare.
